Central Islip, N.Y. - The Dowling College women’s soccer team debuted in the No. 16 spot on the NSCAA/HendrickCars.com Division II National Poll this week.
The Golden Lions (4-0-1) notched two road victories this week, defeating Bentley 2-1 and Mercy 1-0. Dowling jumps to spots on the East Region Poll to sit at No. 2.
C.W. Post (3-1-2) holds at No. 6 in the East. The Pioneers tied Philadelphia (2-2) and picked up a win against Molloy (4-1) last week.
Bridgeport (3-2) drops to No. 8 after suffering a 2-1 overtime loss against Queens in the ECC opener.
